What a fantastic event we all had earlier this month in Telford! Thanks to everyone who works behind the scenes to make this event possible!
Here are some personal highlights:
Engaging with Customers: It was amazing to see so many of our customers visiting our stand (too many to name) and using the Genius Bar. We also had great conversations with the few NHS trusts who aren’t customers yet – many of whom now want to be!
New Partnerships: We loved sharing details about our new partnership with NHS Shared Business Services, which sparked interest. Plus, R2 Consulting Ltd (Healthcare) / Rob Drag talking all things Inventory and SxanPro.
Collaborating with Industry Experts: Having Efficio, Baringa, and PA Consulting join us on the stand as part of our Commercial Delivery Partnership was a great addition.
Great Venue & Facilities: Telford delivered a superb setting for this year’s conference, making it a pleasure to connect and engage.
On stage, it was a privilege to:
Present a standing-room-only talk on Clinical Variation – thanks to everyone who engaged and shared insights!
Stand alongside Kim from Young Lives vs Cancer to share my running journey and announce my upcoming London Marathon for this incredible cause. Huge thanks to those who have already supported. If you haven’t, all donations are greatly appreciated.

Share a stage with Barbara, who accepted the Unsung Hero Award on behalf of Lois Shield. Congratulations again to Lois, and all the fantastic nominees.
And of course, we couldn’t have done it without some conference staples:
Chocolate oranges, notepads, and pens – almost 500 handed out!
Congratulations to our Orange speaker winners: Will, and the raffle winner supporting Young Lives vs Cancer.
I believe this year’s HCSA Conference was one of the best yet. Sure, there are tweaks for next year, but the combination of speakers, attendees, and getting to spend time with our customers and my wonderful colleagues (Phil, Libby and Tippy) made it special.
While the venue’s size made it feel quieter sometimes, we had more quality conversations – and I’ll take quality over quantity any day! Thanks to everyone who stopped by, shared ideas and made the event memorable.
Roll on HCSA ’25!
